After two decades of giving away clothing to the homeless, God’s Closet, a clothing distribution center operated by Community House in Longview, WA had to shut its doors to the public.
Like many other communities around the country and around the world, the homeless, families, and children in need depend on community charities to fill a void that cannot easily be filled with other resources although many have tried (local woman reacts to reacts to God's Closet Clothing by taking matters into her own hands ).
The GSP Foundation has launched a campaign to re-open a community clothing distribution center in its place. A similar operation will be launched and will bring back this much needed service to the surrounding community in western Washington state.
The GSP Foundation is a certified 501(c)3 public charity. This means that your donations are tax deductible! Donations of any amount will help with this effort and will be greatly appreciated by those impacted within the community.
Please make a donation today and please encourage others who may have the resources to help fund this campaign.

Many of you have inquired about the frequency of training episode releases on the training site. This is a fair question and it has taken some time to refine the process and put the appropriate infrastructure in place to implement a more consistent release schedule.
You can now expect to see new episodes released on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month for each level. This will ensure you have frequently refreshed material to practice. As with all the training material, you are encouraged to post questions and comments in response to each episode. There is a community of learning that happens to supplement the training video themselves.
Thank you for being a part of StevanPlinck.Com and best wishes in your continued training.
Hello, I am currently systematizing the curriculum topics of PPSSP that will be covered on my site in the on-line training section, from basic through advanced: History, 18 Djurus, 8 Lankas, Multitude of Sumbuts (combinations) Attack (training and actual usage) and Weapons ( Knife, Parang/Golok, Long sword, Long staff, Tjbang). Sub-categories of: Pukulan (upper art- more than hitting alone), Groundwork (lower art- more than locking alone), All associated training drills to accompany above topics and the sub topics of: doctrine, strategy, tactics, structure, center, positioning, timings, sensitivity, shielding, strikes, blocks, parries, checks, locks, kicks, sapos, basets, ankats, kinjets, putters, throws, laws, principals, concepts, systems, styles and most importantly transferring this knowledge base into skill. Each of the sub topics can further be divided into more sub sets of knowledge. This is by no means a complete list of topics due to the fact that comprehensive is the goal. Completeness can never be attained. All the above will be sectioned off properly according to one's level of understanding. I look forward to this relationship with willing participants. Thank you, sincerely, Stevan Plinck
The launching of this new web site has been on the drawing board for a while. Now that this is a reality it will take some time to iron out all the wrinkles, still in the long run I'm sure it will be well worth it. This site will be a great adjunct to proper training for my students. If there is no personal instruction and/or guidance then at some point the possibility for the student to think that he knows more then he really does will be a great probability. Therefore I recommend that at some point in the media training some time will be set a side for personal training either through private or through a group setting. Anyway, I look forward to a future of rich communication through the avenue of Pukulan Pentjak Silat Sera. Please feel free to contact me with any concerns, suggestions or wants. That is what this forum is all about.
